Circular Built Environment: Highlights from Asia

Role: Principal Investigator

A deep dive CBE study of China, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka presenting good practice case studies covering different life cycle stages and impact categories. SDGs and indicators for circularity from the UN2030 Agenda were identified through a global survey. The results were compared between high and low HDI countries and validated in a stakeholder interview.

Sky Modelling for India

Role: Team Member

The CIE Standard Sky type for any Indian location is fairly unidentified. The study aims to accurately predict standard sky conditions in the chosen location, laying the groundwork for algorithm development. Once gathered, this data could be translated into plugins supporting building information modelling (BIM) software, potentially enhancing future intelligent building control systems.
